How long we keep it
We keep order and booking records for as long as we need them for tax, insurance and professional obligations, generally seven years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Pre visit form details are kept only as long as they are useful for your care and are deleted when no longer needed.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our website uses an encrypted connection and access to our systems is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send passwords, door codes or other security details through our website forms. If we need something like that, we will ask you directly.
